Employee Classroom provides small and mid-sized employers quality training programs that are affordable, simple to administer, and easy for each training participant to complete. We recognize that company downtime for compliance training can be very costly. Our training modules have been designed to be delivered online to each employee on an individualized schedule that prevents company down time or disruption of company services.

Our Story

The founders of Employee Classroom have been partnering with employers to bring creative and cost effective compliance training solutions to the workplace for more than twenty-five years. We understand that regardless of their profitability or the size of their operating budget, very small to mid-sized employers have the same employee safety compliance and training requirements as large corporations. Recognizing that budget constraints can often result in compromised quality of training, we have made it our primary mission to provide quality online employee training solutions that fit any employer budget.

As we designed the functionality and content of Employee Classroom, we incorporated the feedback of safety and human resources professionals from employers representing a variety of professional sectors. We gathered information from representatives of school districts, community colleges, manufacturers, fire departments, municipalities, dental offices, and long-term care facilities. Our goal was to understand which administrative functions of online training programs are most valued by the individuals responsible for ensuring that their organization meets the compliance requirements set by OSHA, NIOSH, the CDC, and the US Department of Health and Human Services. We learned that simplicity, accuracy, accessibility, customizability, and affordability are among the features of online compliance programs most valued by safety and human resources professionals. These ideals define the foundation and functionality of Employee Classroom.
